Malta gets A+ rating by Fitch: The Headlines – It-Torċa

Reading Time: < 1 minute

It-Torċa reports that credit rating agency Fitch awarded Malta an A+ rating. In its report, the agency said that despite the change in Prime Minister the country’s economy is expected to continue to grow.

Another story quotes a study commissioned by YMCA which finds that women who are in a relationship with an abusive partner are likely to have gone through similar experiences in the households where they grew up.

The paper carries an interview with Lawrence Grech, a victim of child abuse by members of the clergy. He says he has collected the required sum to continue the case in court against the church even though only one of three priests is still alive.
