L-Orizzont says that the number of theft at beaches has gone down but still takes place. In fact, just last Sunday, someone reported that their bag was stolen.
It also reports that between the 11th and the 15th of August, 73,263 took the ferry to Gozo – an increase of 2% over the previous year.
