The new postage stamp ‘Peace is the highest value of humanity’ during it presentation near the central post office in Kyiv (Kiev), Ukraine, on Wednesday, amid the Russian invasion.
The circulation of the new stamp amounts to 300,000 copies. The stamp sheet is made in the format of a hitch of two stamps.
The drawing of the first one is the work of Maria Suslova from Kharkiv, while the second is a new peace sign inspired by the Celtic love knot and created by designers from Luxembourg Linda Boss and Runa Egilsdottir.
The work had previously won the Luxembourg Post the PostEurop sketch competition.
