Malta Today reveals that Vitals directors Ram Tumuluri and Mark Edward Pawley signed a backdated engagement contract three months before selling the hospitals concession, awarding themselves €600,000 and €400,000 annually and a €5 million bonus for Tumuluri.

The paper claims that Prime Minister Robert Abela and Health Minister Chris Fearne clashed over allowing incoming flights from northern Italy. Abela ruled out a demand by Fearne to block traffic from the region to limit the spread of the coronavirus.
