Entrepreneur Hugo Chetcuti died of a bloodstream infection after being stabbed repeatedly in the the stomach in one of his Paceville establishments. This was confirmed by autopsy experts, who stated that Chetcuti developed complications following an operation to save his life. It appears Chetcuti developed bowel perforations after the operation, as a result of the knife stabbings, and the perforations consequently led to the bloodstream infection. TVM
