Yorgen Fenech requests presidential pardon: The Headlines – The Independent on Sunday

The Independent on Sunday reports that businessman Yorgen Fenech requested a presidential pardon in exchange for information. Prime Minister Joseph Muscat is taking the advice of the Attorney General and Police Commissioner on this demand.

Another report in the paper says that the windfarm investment in Montenegro inaugurated by Prime Minister Joseph Muscat this week is being contested for high-level corruption by two energy companies that were involved in the project before Enemalta took over.
