L-Orizzont announces a new collective agreement signed by the General Workers Union for the employees of the Local Enforcement System Agency. GWU head of section Theo Vella said the agreement gives workers the dignity they deserve.
In a second story, the paper speaks to the Malta Teachers Union and the Professional Educators Union about the new Education Act. The UPE said that teachers are rightly concerned about changes in conditions but the MUT disagreed, saying that the ‘deceitful information’ is being spread.
