Croatia’s President can’t be Prime Minister – Court

The Constitutional Court of Croatia said that its President Zoran Milanović cannot become prime minister, after national elections handed him a potentially influential role in forming the Balkan country’s next government.

Constitutional Court President Miroslav Separovic, according to media reports said that “the president has been warned that he cannot participate in the campaign but that he must resign first from his role as president.”
