May holds emergency conference call with cabinet amid speculation about potential concession.
A spokeswoman for the PM says: “The vote is going ahead as planned.”
She also revealed that Theresa May spoke to numerous EU leaders over the weekend and will be updating cabinet ministers in a conference call this morning.
This included European Council president Donald Tusk, European Commission president Jean-Claude Juncker, Irish PM Leo Varadkar, German chancellor Angela Merkel and Dutch PM Mark Rutte.
