The Independent reports that PD MPs Godfrey Farrugia and Marlene Farrugia have filed a parliamentary motion to revise the legal notice governing e-kickscooters issued in December. They argue that that law discourages the use of this alternative means of transport.
The paper also speaks to the founder of the farmers’ association Malcolm Borg who said that agricultural workers are still waiting for compensation promised after the ruinous storm that hit Malta in February last year.
