Kullħadd reports that the PN representatives on the Electoral Commission, Angelito Sciberras and Antoine Portelli, have resigned in a joint letter. The paper says that the two were close to Adrian Delia and their decision is the latest blow to the PN Leader.
Another report says that the waiving of fees for exams at Advanced Level and Intermediate Level is encouraging more students to sit for the matriculation certificate. The paper says that there was an increase of three percent in candidates in 2019 over the previous year.
