Police were probing Keith Schembri four years ago: The Headlines – In-Nazzjon

In-Nazzjon quotes former police commissioner Michael Cassar who revealed that an investigation into Keith Schembri was launched four years ago after the FIAU flagged suspicious financial activity relating to the sale of passports.

Another story reports that Archbishop Charles Scicluna celebrated ritual rites for Maltese cardinal Prospero Grech at St Paul’s Cathedral on Thursday. President George Vella, the Apostolic Nuncio and other church officials attended the celebration.

The paper quotes PN Leader Adrian Delia who said that the government was giving protection to ‘a criminal organisation’ that had taken over the Labour Party. Delia declared that the only alternative government is the Nationalist Party.
