Robert Arrigo’s resignation letter published in full: The Headlines – In-Nazzjon

In-Nazzjon publishes the resignation letter by PN Deputy Leader Robert Arrigo, who says he will step down on March 29. Arrigo stated his intention to contest the next general election on the 9th and 10th Districts.

A second report says that the church launched the official theme and logo to mark the visit by Pope Francis in May, inspired by the biblical shipwreck of the apostle Paul in Malta. The curia said that the full programme will be revealed closer to the date.

The paper carries a story about a “major coup” by the Gonzi administration seven years ago when Malta successfully negotiated a net €1.2 billion in funds from the EU budget for the years 2014 to 2020.
