Tunisian President Beji Caid Essebsi, 92, has been urgently taken to a military hospital after suffering a “severe health crisis”, the presidency said.

The announcement came after two suicide attacks in Tunis on security forces killed a policeman and wounded eight people but so far there is no indication of a connection
