Woman dies from stabs to the head by ex-partner: The Headlines – L-Orizzont

L-Orizzont reports that the Chantelle Chetcuti from Żabbar has lost the battle for her life caused by critical wounds to her heads following an argument with her former partner. The paper says this is the first homicide this year.

The paper speaks to Economy Minister Silvio Schembri who said that Malta is committed to attracting more investment in the medical cannabis sector. Schembri said that the country wants to be innovative in this field.

Another story quotes PL MEP Alfred Sant who said that the opposition has not found a ‘coherent direction of leadership’. Sant wrote on Facebook that a party that does not manage to find a treasurer needs radical reform.
