Keith Schembri breaks the silence: The Headlines – L-Orizzont

L-Orizzont quotes former chief of staff Keith Schembri who said that he only saw the typed note implicating Minister Chris Cardona in the Caruana Galizia murder when he was in police custody, denying that he had authored it.

A second story follows the complication of evidence against Yorgen Fenech. Suspected middleman Melvin Theuma told the court that he had become obsessed that the businessman wanted to get rid of him.

The paper also says that the Armed Forces confirmed reports that a soldier was injured while on duty during the sit-in protest in Castille on Monday. The soldier will return to work in the coming days.
