Nexia BT partner sat on hospital concession panel: The Headlines – The Sunday Times

The Sunday Times reveals that Nexia BT partner Manuel Castagna was appointed by Projects Malta to the three-member panel that awarded a concession to run three public hospitals to a shell company registered in the British Virgin Islands.

The paper also says that PN members are growing impatient over delays in the publication of a reform document being prepared by Louis Galea. No date has yet been established for the party’s General Council, the party’s highest organ.
